Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Diploma

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a widely recognised, evidence-based form of therapy and counselling that explores the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It’s commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder. CBT is grounded in the idea that our thoughts shape our emotions and actions.

By identifying and challenging unhelpful thinking patterns—such as “I will fail”—individuals learn to replace them with more balanced, realistic ones like “I can handle this.” This shift supports improved emotional well-being and healthier behaviours. CBT is typically short-term, goal-oriented, and collaborative, with clients actively involved in their progress.

Homework tasks—like thought records or practising new coping strategies—reinforce learning between sessions. Through CBT, therapy, and counselling, individuals develop practical skills to manage challenges, build resilience, and take control of their mental health.

Whether you’re aiming for a career in counselling, looking to enhance your job prospects, or simply wanting to support loved ones, our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Diploma is perfect for you.
